Exchange within UTRECHT Network

Utrecht Network brings universities together from across Europe, with a common mission to share best practice and enhance the internationalisation process for both students and staff.

With 31 members in 26 countries, the Utrecht Network is particularly committed to areas of activity such as student and staff mobility, summer schools, the internationalisation of curriculum, joint curricula and double/joint degrees. Jagiellonian University is a member of Utrecht Network since 1997.

 

Application procedure

Students should contact the exchange coordinator at their home university, regarding the application process and any other additional information.

Candidates are chosen by their home institution; afterwards their nominations are sent to the relevant exchange coordinator at the Jagiellonian University.

Application documents

The following documents (in English) should be submitted:

1. Application Form (will be generated from the MyMobility system)

2. Motivation Letter

3. Language Certificate (English at least B2 level CEFR)

4. Transcript of Records

5. Study Exchange Plan (courses initially selected to study at JU in accordance with the courses conducted this AY)

6. A photo in JPEG or PNG format is preferred in minimum size of 500x625 pixels (maximum photo size is 5 MB)

 

Language Certificate (English at least minimum B2 level CEFR for courses conducted in English, and Polish at least B2 level CEFR for courses conducted in Polish - if applicable).

Native English speakers do not need to provide any proof of their language skills.

 

Application deadlines

Applications should be submitted before the deadlines. Please complete your application process:

  • by 31 May for autumn/winter semester or for the whole academic year (starts on 1st October)
  • by 30 November for spring/summer semester (starts in the second half of February)

The final decision on the acceptance is made by the head of the Institute/Faculty to which the student is applying.
